Hunan Hongtai Easr Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Co., ltd (Hongtai) is located at No.52 Quanzhou North Road, High-Tech District, Ningxiang, Changsha, Hunan Province, China. Taking advantage of it’s geographical position and good transport facilities, Hongtai is production base of hydro-electric and wind power generation equipment, inverter motors, as well as small and medium sized AC & DC motors in China.

The company covers an area of 34,000 square meter (8.4 acres), with modern industrial workshops taking over 25,000 square meters (6.2 acres). Management office and accommodation facilities amount to about 5,100 square meters (1.3 acres). Hongtai boats a large-scale manufacturing and CNC processing center, leading the field in China. With over 100 employees, the company offers a high technical and processing capacity.

Hongtai supplies hydraulic turbines such as Kaplan, Tubular, Francis, and Pelton. We are involved in areas associated to hydroelectric plants, covering EPC Power Plant design, civil construction, power transmission and transformation, among other. We provide services such as project design, production, installation, commissioning, personnel training, and consultancy services for the provision of complete set equipments of hydro power plants. Our products are widely used in over 31 different provinces in China. The product produced by Hongtai safety operate in many hydro power station in countries all over the world.

As for welding, casting, machining, assembling, and testing on wind power plants and electric power plants, we count on reliable supply chains. Impulse water Turbine Unit

Product description

Pelton turbine are usually used for high head hydropower plants (maximum 1900 m). At the same time, because of their simple structure, they can also be used for low head and small flow hydropower plants.

When the network frequency reaches 50Hz, the typical synchronous speed of the Pelton turbine will between 428.6-1000r/min. Usually the runaway speed of turbine is 1.8 – 1.9 times of the rated of speed.

Product description

Francis turbine is suitable for all kinds of high, medium and low head, with feature of simple structure and high efficiency, which is one of the most widely used hydraulic turbines in modern times.

Due to it’s wide application, the synchronous speed of the Francis turbine can be from 500r/mon to less than 100r/min, and it’s typical runaway speed is 1.7-2.2 times of the rated speed.

Axial Flow Turbine Unit

Product description

The propeller turbine has a fixed runner blade bearing a simple structure. As a special type of Axial Flow Turbine, it is generally used for Hydro power plants with a small output or with small variation in the water head. The range of the water head is in average 3-50 meters.

The runner blades of the Kaplan turbine can be rotated according to the operating condition along with the adjustable guide vanes. Thus, the blade and the guide vane can be double-regulat-ed, expanding the range of the high efficiency zone, and insuring the turbine maintains a good running stability.
